Popular Thobela FM kiddies show presenter ‘JJ Menu’ laid to rest!

It was a somber mood, as friends, family members, colleagues and listeners paid their last respects to the late popular radio personality ‘JJ Menu’.
The funeral service of the late Thobela FM presenter, Johannah Sebolaishi Seloga who was popularly known as ‘JJ Menu’ on the airwaves, was held at Uniting Reformerd Church of Southern Africa (URCSA).
The talented radio presenter who was loved by children was laid to rest at Selicon Cemetery, Polokwane, Limpopo, on October 28.

The well-known radio presenter's memorial service was held at Nirvara Hall, Polokwane on October 26, where her colleagues, friends, and family members attended to pay their respects.
‘JJ Menu’, who was known with her charismatic voice and popular catchphrase for introducing the show “ dumelang bakgotse baka ba ba botsana botsana” (hello my beautiful friends) passed on October 23.
The 39-year-old presenter joined Thobela FM in 2007, as a kiddies show presenter of the show Mahlasedi, where she has shown an undying love for children.

She has presented several shows such as Re Mmogo and Thoba Matswalo, amongst others.
Before her passing, she was presenting the well known kiddies show called Lesang Bana, where she won many hearts of children with her enjoyable and energetic voice.
She was also the producer of the show Moremogolo, before her passing.
‘JJ Menu’ will be missed by many people for the role she played in transforming the lives of youngsters.
