After 15 years in the music industry, well-known South African rapper Priddy Ugly has decided to drop the mic.

Priddy Ugly, whose real name is Ricardo Moloi, has declared that he is quitting the music industry.

The rapper took to his Instagram account, to share with his fans in a statement that he will be releasing his last album titled DUST - The Final Chapter.

“It’s been 15 years. That’s 3 albums and 3 mix-tapes. That’s 5 Eps, 500 features, and thousands of verses,” reads the statement.

 The Bula Boot hitmaker continued, “Millions of minds blown ( That’s word to my peni ). That’s a whole wife and daughter. Some homies gained, some homies lost, some bruised egos and a whole lot of love. Some wins, some losses. Some horns, some crosses.”

“That’s 5475 days you’ve been riding with me and o minutes I would take back,” said Priddy.

“DUST will be the final album from Priddy Ugly.”

His fans and supporters expressed their gratitude for his contributions to the music industry.

Instagram user Mandisa Nduna sometimes said, “🤍🙏Thank you for your Art. Honourned to have played a part in Priddy Ugly journey. God bless you, brother 👑.”
