Radio and television host Anele Mdoda has walked away the winner of the Best Breakfast Show Presenter for 2023.

The prestigious 2023 Telkom Radio Awards was held at Sandton Convention Centre, on December 02.

The awards seeks to honour and recognise exceptional and innovative excellence in radio industry in the country, while setting a benchmark for all radio stations and professional to strive towards.

The esteemed broadcaster hosts the breakfast show called Anele and the Club on 947, Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 09:00 on 947 FM.

She took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share the good news of scooping the award.

“Best Breakfast show presenter in the bag!!!!!!! Thank you so much guys,” reads her post.

She added: “Thank you #TelkomRadioAwards!!!!!.”

Fans and listeners of ‘Anele and the Club on 947,’ did not hesitate to congratulate her for winning the award.
